Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom Techniques™ (EFT) is a cutting-edge, self-help tool that is gaining in recognition and followers worldwide.  EFT is easy to do yet produces powerful results quickly. While focusing on the problem, whether physical, emotional, or mental, we tap on acupressure points with our fingertips.  Amazing healing can be achieved with persistent use of EFT, producing a sense of wellbeing, physical health, and, of course, emotional freedom.

In addition to the one-day introductory workshop, local Certified EFT Practitioner Ann Smith will facilitate 4 stand-alone workshops on different uses of EFT.  Participants will leave each session with a working knowledge of EFT and will be able to use it in their lives immediately.  They will be provided with resources from which they can learn more about EFT and they’ll learn when to consult a practitioner for help.

Introduction to EFT Workshop
In this highly experiential workshop, you will learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques™ as developed by Gary Craig, EFT’s founder.  It will be a combination of lecture, tapping along as Ann works one-on-one with participants, and practicing EFT with each other on real issues.  Participants will leave with a working knowledge of EFT and be able to use it immediately on their own for continued healing.
